There are a lot of strategies that can be used to accomplish this and I would be happy to discuss those with you and help determine what would be best for YOU. I strongly believe in staging and providing professional photographs and video regardless the price of the home. I treat all my valued clients EQUALLY!
BUYING A HOME:
As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, whether you're buying your first home, your tenth home or if you're downsizing into your forever home, you can be assured I will make it my goal to find you the perfect home and to get you the best price possible. My approach is always to put my clients FIRST. That means being available to you whenever you need me. I strongly believe that communication is key to a stress-free experience. You can count on me to be patient (showing you as many homes as necessary to find the perfect one for you), provide expert advice, be honest and straightforward with you, do the necessary research for you to get you all the answers to your questions, and ensure you're happy with the outcome by staying in touch with you even after you've moved in.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I take pride in helping my senior clients sell their home and help guide them through the next stage of their life. This requires compassion and patience as it is sometimes difficult to let go of perhaps a long-time home. My knowledge of the different retirement and financial options available provides my clients with great peace of mind.
WORKING WITH FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS:
I have a lot of experience working with first time home buyers and enjoy guiding them through the process and providing them with all the information they require to help them make one of the BIGGEST decisions of their life. I work with some great financial partners who can help you get the best possible mortgage. I will patiently explain all the steps involved in buying a home, as well as the different benefits available to you as a first-time homebuyer.
AREAS OF FOCUS:
I'm licensed to sell real estate anywhere in Ontario, but my main focus is Georgetown, Acton, Erin, Milton, Brampton, Mississauga, Orangeville, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener/Waterloo, Oakville and Burlington.
GIVING BACK:
I believe it's extremely important to give back to our community. Therefore, I am happy to donate a portion of my commission to support the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation which supports a local women’s shelter to bring hope and security to women and children experiencing violence and abuse. With our national partners, including Canadian Women’s Foundation and Women’s Shelters Canada, we are part of a movement to end domestic violence in Canada through prevention and education, including funding teen healthy relationship programs.
